Do not waist your time walking into this store they are flat out dishonest. They tell you one thing and manipulate you into which way. Do you yourself a favor and order through Verizon customer service and have your new phone shipped. Their goal is to get new customers if you are an existing customer looking to upgrade to the 17 pro max they do not make any money and tell you they don’t have it in stock when Verizon customer service says they have many

Meant to write this at least well over a month ago!
Senior Manager, Xavier Fernandez, is amazing. I had an appointment, with my mom, to figure out our family cell plan. Not only did he crush the plan shopping but also rectified an email issue, in minutes, that Mom had been having with her iPhone (that's the 1st problem 🤣) for months that Apple claimed wasn't fixable.
Xavier, you are the BEST!! THANK YOU!!
