    The Verizon store in Middletown, NY was a pleasure to visit. The salesperson, Josh, was incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible. Even though it was busy due to the holiday season everything went smoothly.If you want real customer service, go to Middletown, NY.

    Do yourself a favor and just call customer support. Yes it is more tedious and time consuming but they will absolutely fix your problem. This store lost my 100% paid off phone and then blamed me for them not sending it in. Talking to managers does absolutely nothing, they just say its your fault and their solution is asking you if you want to cancel your servive instead of them doing their job. This store only cares about selling you new things, if you need help they tell you to do everything online so just save yourself the trouble and stress and avoid this store.

    My brother needed assistance with access to his wireless account, as well as setting up a new phone. We did a walk in at the Middletown office and had a short wait. Ian was our salesperson and he provided excellent customer service. He may have been the senior sales rep, as other representatives would come over to ask for his guidance. Seemed like everyone was actively helping customers. Very pleased with how quickly everything was resolved and a good experience at this store.

    I normally try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but my experience at this Verizon location was honestly frustrating from start to finish, and it deserves a 1-star review. We came in hoping to get some simple help with our phone plan and maybe upgrade a device, but instead we ended up waiting way longer than we should have, even though the store wasn’t that busy. It felt like no one really wanted to acknowledge we were there. When we finally did get helped, the staff seemed more focused on upselling expensive add-ons and accessories than actually solving the issue we came in for. Every question we asked felt like it was met with a sales pitch instead of an answer. At one point, we were told different information by two different employees, which just made the situation more confusing. It’s hard to trust what you’re being told when the story keeps changing. What should have been a quick visit turned into a long, stressful process, and we still walked out not fully satisfied with the service or the explanation we were given. I expect better communication and honesty from a company as big as Verizon. Unfortunately, this location didn’t deliver that at all.
