He was trying to rush us out the door. He didn't even ask what phone I wanted he assumed. Very very unprofessional. My husband asked for help transferring everything over to his new phone, Justin had the audacity to say NO! I'm extremely unhappy with the service there and honestly wish I was able to go to another location. Worst first impression EVER.

I bought the phone on South Road in Poughkeepsie but they were rude and unhelpful so I didn’t want to return there. The Middletown store also allows you to schedule appointments. I went in for my appointment and the associate was pleasant and competent and fixed my phone quickly! I live near Poughkeepsie but will not use that store again . I will stick with Middletown! Great experience!
