    Vir And Yash were very nice we had an issue with a bill in the mail and they took care of the problem very nicely Yash was very patient and Vir was very professional

    I’d rather not even give the one star. First I waited 45 mins with no customer bathroom freely available. Then I sit with their representative for over 1/2 hr on hold with some other version Representative on the line on speaker too which honestly should be a privacy violation. How do you come to get customer service and to then sit and wait on hold with a representative at their corporate location to then have the representative at the location disappear, come back after they have already hung up with people on the line you’ve been on hold with. To proceed to give me the contact number to follow through with my concerns over the phone at home. I went out of my way to come here just to be turned away? I’m your client (for now) I pay money for a service that you’ve already been over charging me for and now your making it impossible to fix my account and leave your company. This has to be illegal.

    I went into the store specifically for help with my voicemail, but I walked out with so much more. Omar was incredibly helpful—he not only fixed my technical issue but also took the time to set me up with Google AI features and even found a discount for my account. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the most value out of my plan. If you want someone who is knowledgeable and genuinely looks out for the customer, ask for Omar!

    Been customer since 2022, on 2025 I have been compromised with all my business blocked, privacy and security compromised, saw unusual activity on my router changed the router 2 times and then they came up with a protection plan, which had 3k to 5k security or what they call it and then all of a sudden they stopped my service, spoke with customer care they asked for payment when I paid still the service was disconnected, security cameras and all safety things were off. Had mine and my wife's phone damaged they didn't help with the insurance claim and handed me in a sticky note with numbers again. Which numbers I already reached out and had fraud claimed too but nothing helped. All their promises and talk about security and privacy is not working. But only bills emails and text msg that comes before time.
