When buying a new phone, make sure that you do not let them set the phone up for you as they will charge you $40 for it in the end, without ever mentioning it until everything is said and done!!! Very shady business practice and quite honestly the only reason they're able to get away with it is because they roll the payment into the bill credits and the average customer is unaware
