    Had an appt at 10am today. They did nothing to help. Told me to "chat with customer support". Sat there for over an hour "chatting" I could have done this at home. No resolution still. Left. Called customer support and got a resolution. Drove back to simple PICK UP A PHONE. They wouldn't release it to me. A PHONE I ALREADY PAID FOR. It's now been 7 HOURS. No resolution, and no phone. Never coming back here and probably leaving Verizon after today.

    I got a new phone and I went here to have them help me transfer and activate it. He told me there would be a fee to transfer my data and told me I could do it myself if I didn’t want to pay that. I didn’t mind doing it myself, so I asked how it’s done and all he kept telling me was that it was really easy and anyone could do it. I don’t know much about it since Verizon usually just does it for me so I just asked where instructions were, if the phone had them or if I had to look it up, and he wouldn’t tell me. Just kept saying it was so easy and that anyone could do it. Didn’t really let me speak. Proceeds to say it’s so easy that he has old people and 60 year olds do it all the time and they don’t ask questions, as there is an elderly man behind me. I understand it’s easy to do and I didn’t mind doing it myself, but I feel like the customer service just wasn’t the best and was just making me feel stupid.

    Bought a new flip phone with a prepaid plan. The customer service was fast and friendly. They didn't know a lot about flip phones, but they were still able to help me set it up.

    I highly recommend Verizon for their amazing internet service! The price is fair compared to others, and I’m so happy to finally have a strong, reliable connection at home. Huge thanks to Larry Manidron and his team, everyone was phenomenal! Great hospitality, super professional, and always focused on finding the best solution.
