(don’t go here it’s overpriced, they manipulate you into spending as much money as possible, have evil technicians that traumatized my cat and cut her nails terribly *without telling me*) went here for a wellness check and to check out a hematoma on my cats ear. ended up being shown a treatment plan with a price of $600. I decided not to get a few of the treatments, products, and tests done as i can’t afford a $600+ vet bill. vet came in for max 10 mins told me my cat possibly has a fungal infection and needs an ear cleaning. so i opted for a test for a fungal infection as well as an ear cleaning and some ear infection products. that’s it. ended up being $218. the technician didn’t let me stay in the room with my cat when she was getting treatment which was the biggest red flag for me. when they brought my cat back to me she had a cone on and looked so scared and upset. the technician who brought my cat out was so off putting and took my cat out of her carrier after she was just getting comfortable, and weighed her for a second time. not sure why she needed to weigh my cat and rip her out of her comfortable space especially since me and my partner told the technician a weight range we remembered after my cat got weighed for the first time that day. also no fungal infection but i spend $80+ for them to turn a lamp on and look at my cat?! at first i thought of course my cats mad she just got an ear cleaning, but after coming home she was eating a lot less and wouldn’t leave my closet. then today i noticed when she finally came out, her nails had been badly trimmed. did i ask for her nails to be trimmed? no. did anyone tell me they ended up trimming her nails? no. i will never be going back.

Village Animal Hospital is the absolute best. They love our pets like they’re their own — truly so kind, gentle, and caring. Dr. Gallo and Dr. Racioppo are both amazing: they take the time to explain everything in such a clear, thoughtful way, and they never make you feel rushed or overwhelmed. We’ve always been able to get an appointment when we need one, and every single person there is just lovely. So grateful for them.

Thank you so much to Dr. Raciappo, she safe my dog’s life by getting done a very harmful surgery on her. Everybody at this hospital was super friendly except a girl at the front desk called Brianna, she was rude and not efficient at all.

Dr Gallo is abouslutely amazing a breathe of fresh air. I have a senior pit bull mix and she was diagnosed with heart disease and soft cell cancer from the vets over in ardsley. the vet in ardsley was terrible she left me in the dark with minimal info given and rushed me out. So I went for an second opinion from Dr Gallo she took the time to address all my concerns and gave me a step by step process of what I should do she explained her illness to me thoroughly. I recommend every pet owner to come here I’ve been in between vets for years and I think I found what I’ve been looking for oh and being a pet owner without insurance the prices are reasonable but I’m more about the service that I received. The care plans they offer are absolutely amazing.
