Then they told me they canceled the order without even calling me or notifying me so I don’t waste all that time. Then I had to spend another 45 minutes with Verizon to explain what happened so I get refunded. Awesome experience

If you guys receive anything negative from that person, the people at the store tried to help her overall and she decided to throw a tantrum over not getting her way.
