Sayeed said they don’t take equipment back I explained to him I was there two days before, and the gentleman was helping me and he told me he’s been working seven days a week and I have never been to that store. because I was put on the spot I didn’t remember the exact time I was there on Wednesday when I left the store I thought about it went back in and said I was there at 10:30. He no you were never here. I asked him if he was calling me a liar he said no you’re calling me a liar. He flat out called me a liar refused to help me and then I found out he was working that day. He told me he was in the back the entire time so how does he tell me I was never there when he was in the back maybe he should check his cameras I absolutely was there. Buyer beware never ever shop at the store. Their service is horrific. I called customer care although they said they would look into it. There’s not much happening there either. I guess Verizon allows their franchisees to disrespect their customers I will never ever shop and purchase another Verizon product ever again. The funny thing is I was going back to that store on Saturday with my wife to purchase new phones. Guess what I am not doing and I would highly recommend no one ever shops this store if u do good luck with trying to get good service
