A very kind associate took the time to look at my phone and discovered the issue, green playdoh lol. He removed the playdoh and my phone was able to charge. Shortly after leaving the store my car charger broke off into my phone. Luckily I was able to remove it from my phone. I return to Verizon to get a car charger ( I know you can get chargers cheaper at other stores but I had a Verizon gift card I wanted to use.) Unfortunately they were out of stock but I was able to buy one at a near by store. Thank you to the kind associate who saved the day.
