  We spent quite some time in the Verizon store in Howard Beach in great company with Nick, Suresh and two other gentlemen that I did not get their names. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and Nick did a wonderful job running the store going above and beyond helping many people at the same time and multitasking like I’ve never seen before. I highly recommend the store with this great group of talented young men. We were very impressed and pleased with the service and our new iPhones. Thank you for all of your hard work. It was very much appreciated. The music was pretty good too.. lol🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  ★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely Terrible Experience – Dishonest and Unprofessional I’ve never had a worse experience at a Verizon store. The staff here constantly lied about our bill, showed a complete lack of transparency, and couldn’t answer even basic questions. We were told we were eligible for several discounts and promotions, but none of them were ever applied. They also promised that our monthly bill would decrease after the first month — but that never happened. We were told our bill would be around $160 per month, yet our first bill was over $300, and the next one is somehow close to $500. On top of that, they add random fees that no one can explain. Every time we ask for clarification, we get a different excuse or no clear answer at all. I’ve had to come back to this store around ten different times, and not a single issue has ever been resolved. Every visit is full of confusion, miscommunication, and broken promises. We had agreed on a plan that was supposed to be $45 for two lines and $30 for two lines, but they keep claiming we chose a $90 plan — which is completely false. Either they mixed us up with other customers or they did it intentionally to make more money. Shame on you, Verizon. The manager, Nick, and the newer employee, Esaunte, both seemed completely untrained, disorganized, and unhelpful. To make things even worse, they tried to sell the phone we had already purchased (and paid taxes on) to someone else before we even received it. That is absolutely unacceptable. We were also forced to wait an incredibly long time during each visit, only to watch them help other customers who arrived after us. The lack of organization, respect, and professionalism was shocking. At one point, I even saw them asking another customer — an older woman — to leave a good review for them. Based on what I’ve experienced, that’s extremely misleading and unethical. And honestly, this doesn’t even cover everything that happened — there were so many more lies and issues that I can’t even remember them all as I write this. That’s how bad it was. Bottom line: Avoid this store at all costs. There’s no honesty, no transparency, and no professionalism. Go to another Verizon location or switch carriers altogether. This store clearly has no idea what it’s doing and no respect for its customers.
