Upgraded 2 phones, asked about additional fees for upgrade. They told me twice no additional fees. Cash out $280 they say for tax. Only to learn they charged $80 for set up fee. Phones never sync properly because they let us leave the store while they were still syncing. Had to go back multiple times. Asked to get refund on hidden set-up fee and technical told me “the guys don’t want to refund because they lose commission “. That will be my last time doing business with Russell.- called to speak with management multiple times and no feedback.
