I wish I could rate this zero stars, everyone in that shop is generally so irresponsible. They’re so busy on their phones. There is this guy he has dreads and his name was. greg Or something, I cannot remember his name, but he was totally lying about this deal they had for the iPhone iPhone 17 Pro and I got charged for no reason. please do not go trade in your phone at the Verizon in Herkimer. They will charge you monthly and charge you over $1000 and 36 months and then even if you cancel, they will figure out a way to charge you anything restocking fee service fee they charge you every single fee. I asked them why I’ve gotten charged $230 after canceling the trade in the same day and they said there was a restocking fee for 50 bucks and then I got charged $179. The next week I went back they said my account was disconnected and then the next week I got charged $33. They told me they can’t do anything about it and I have to contact customer service. I contacted customer service and they told me the same thing go to the shop. Here’s the messages they will not help you.
