I went to this Verizon store location(Star wireless/undisclosed name/authorized dealer) to transfer services from T-Mobile to Verizon. They made me promises and offered deals that Verizon headquarters said are nonexistent, they charged me over $500 for a phone they claim was on them when if I join/get a line, but headquarter Verizon only charged $100 for joining the network. Barry/ sales associate is he a decent person or not? they all try an scam customers by offering deals that are untruthful and hide agendas and taxes. They are also unprofessional and the manager and another sales rep who is Indian talk in their native language about customers negatively. They refuse to give me a refund and i visited the store three times to get a refund and its always some excuse!!!!!. I never write on the internet but the fact that I am doing this just shows how hurt and neglected I feel. Do Not go to this location!!!!!
