    The most useless location I've ever been. Customer care advised me over the phone to go to a Verizon store location for assistance so they could resovle the issue, but when I went there, they not only disregarded me but told me I needed to call customer service again via phone. If a Verizon location can't assist with anything, what good is it? The staff and management were unfriendly, and made no attempt to correct the issue or contact verizon customer service on my behalf. Five employees were standing around the store ignoring clicents and chatting on their personal phones. Completely Ignored my concerns.

    Be very careful when visiting the Verizon store in Hartsdale. Make sure every detail of your plan, pricing, and phone numbers is written clearly on paper before you sign anything. We have been loyal Verizon customers for over 20 years, and this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. We went in to activate roaming and were offered a family plan for $250 with the same service for each phone. We were told we would be able to use roaming in South America without any extra charges. However, during our trip we were shocked to see that one of the lines was billed over $400 in roaming fees. When we returned to the store to ask what happened, the manager told us it was “a mistake from the salesperson.” There was no apology, no solution offered, and her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. She showed no patience in explaining the issue or how it could be fixed. The solution was just an extra charge. This was extremely disappointing after being customers for two decades. Double-check everything and get all details in writing if you choose to go to this location. We are paying $370 a month for this “mistake”

    Signed up for Verizon mobile plus fios home internet. Associate who helped me was on his personal phone the entire time he was helping me. He said the activation fee would be waived. I told him I did not want added phone coverage. I never saw the purchase receipt at the store (everything is done on the employee’s tablet) and I did not sign it, however the receipt had a scribble on it, and I was able to later view the receipt in the Verizon app, which was appalling. I came to find out that I’m getting charged for an activation fee $40, mobile protection plan $19.99, and a list of surcharges $11.86, that were never explained or brought up to me, on top of taxes & fees which was obviously expected. My expected $90.44 bill was suddenly was $160.89. This was a horrible experience that should have never happened.

    Worst experience I've had with Verizon. My dad and sister wanted to upgrade their phones and what could've been a simple transaction ended up raising my bill significantly. They changed my plan, added charges for mobile hotspot on each line, and added another line with us knowing. Took me 2 hours to get it all fixed through customer service. May end up changing carriers because of this.
