    My terrible customer experience: I came to simply return a trade-in phone. A representative looked up the phone and told me there’s no order to return this phone, I cannot accept it. I showed him the email, with the order and instructions to bring the phone to his store. He instructs me to go home and call Verizon! I insist that I’m not leaving with the phone and asked him to call, he won’t, so I did. Long story short, the store representative didn’t look up my order in the first place, he also didn’t offer to help at all and even had an attitude when the call center rep directed him to open the order. 20 minutes and a frustrating experience to hand in an old phone. Verizon continues to disappoint.

    I was at the store yesterday and waited in the cue for about 30 minutes. My phone had a broken jack. I was told to get a new phone! This was a one year old Apple 16. Then a customer next to me suggested I get a wireless charger which I bought. The customer also suggested that I take the phone to a local store called ubreakifix. I did this and they fixed it for $35. I then went back to the Verizon store to return the charger which I no longer needed and was told to wait another half hour! I walked out with a useless charger. This store is unethical! I’ll never purchase another thing from Verizon.

    TRAIN STAFF. The girl taking reservations should be trained better. We told her exactly what we needed when we arrived. She told us to wait 25-30 minutes. We ended up waiting an hour just to be told that it couldn’t be done. Plain and simple. It took 5 seconds for the person assigned to tell us NO, you have to go online. WE WASTED AN HOUR ALL FOR NOTHING!! Words cannot explain how frustrated we are. DO NOT COME HERE.

    My family and I recently upgraded three phones to the new iPhone 17, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Johnathan D assist us. Mario’s professionalism and knowledge were impressive, but what really stood out was how genuine he was. He treated me like a valued customer, not just a sale. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. Because of his service, I left completely confident and happy with my decision. If you’re going to Verizon, ask for Mario. He turned what normally feels like a stressful phone upgrade into a smooth, easy, and even enjoyable experience. I highly recommend him!
