I must have dropped it hard. The tiny shards were starting to fall out. What to do? I took it back to Verizon at 2050 Western Avenue in the Star Plaza. That’s where I bought it almost a year ago. Could they repair it as I waited? Absolutely. They were awesome. I was out of there in about 10 minutes. My phone is under warranty. They charged me $12 including tax. Just amazing! I’m so relieved and very grateful.
