I have a Verizon retailer closer to home, but this location is definitely worth a little more of a drive for the excellent service they provide.

Was told I would be paying $150 for a $40 upgrade fee, as well as for switching my plan and adding Verizon protect (because they couldn't wait for the next billing cycle to bill for the plan switch). Get next months phone bill and it's $100 more expensive than normal because not only did you charge me an upgrade fee, but all the other stuff you told me I was paying for when I upgraded! Finally got the receipt from the $150 I spent upgrading and you people straight up lied. I was paying the sales tax on the phone as well as $60 in subscriptions I NEVER AGREED TO. YOU LIED ABOUT WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR THAT DAY KNOWING MY BILL WOULD BE SUPER HIGH THE NEXT MONTH. Shame on you and the fact a billion dollar corporation encourages you to lie for $17/ hour. Emailed them a week ago, AS THEIR RESPONSE SAID AND GOT NOTHING. No surprise there. Save your time and go to the actual Verizon store in Henrietta and don't deal with these crooks.
