See the bad reviews. BELIEVE THEM!!! Stay the hell away. Was here 30 min. Saw 4 people get talked down to. I called customer care before and they still didn’t want to help me. To the point where I actually called customer service in store to escalate this issue. Is that how we treat people now. Should I have treated them like dirt. Should I have embarrassed them in front of my kids.

I am a new customer who transferred from ATT. In sum, we activated our phones the evening before. I was instructed to go the ATT store and pay its balance. I then remembered that as a part of the deal with Verizon, Verizon
would pay off the phone device balances from ATT, although that detail was not mentioned when we activated phones at Verizon. Additionally, our watches and devices needed to be transferred and since the port number given to facilitate the process was actually a number to a gay resort, I took my devices to the Garden City store the following day. The young man was disinterested and dismissive and suggested that I return to the man, Moses, who assisted me the night before. Moses did not come in until 2:00 pm and the current time was 10:30 am. The young man brusquely responded to questions about the promised payoff by referring to gift cards. He did not assist with my devices. He even accused me of not communicating "effectively ". Really. I left the store and went to the one in Manhasset. Upon entry, the service rep was ready and willing to help and guess who else was there? Moses. Not only did they move my devices over from ATT, they were professional and patient. What was even more interesting is that another customer who was present in the Manhasset store, left the Garden City store because of their dismissive attitude. The young man in Garden City was smug, rude, disrespectful, and lazy. I suspect that he dismissed me because I was a senior. I will never go into that store again. is there such a dearth of employees that they are permitted to deliver poor service and still remain employees?
How is this for effective communication, bub? You are not doing anyone a favor. Fortunately, I maintained my composure. He was either showing off for his peers or he has issues. Consider yourself fortunate that I did not return fire. However,the pen is mightier than the sword.

A1 service here. Came in yesterday for a new phone and the level of patience and courtesy I was shown was genuinely top tier. I want to thank Luis my sales rep and Joe the store manager for going above and beyond to help me understand my complex bill/payments while helping me make the best decisions for my plan moving forward.
Beyond myself, I watched as every customer who came in get greeted, folks were excited to help them, and everyone was treated with courtesy and respect. The team at the store seemed to care for one another and help each other to keep everything moving smoothly.
I’ve been with Verizon for over 20 years, been into various Verizon stores countless times. This service takes the cake. I would hire both Luis and Joe without question in the future. Though, selfishly, I hope they are the people who can help me with any Verizon related issues I have forever :)

I had such a great experience with Rhyan, he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Not only did he answer all of my questions with patience and clarity, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and confident.
