If you’re looking for a place to kill time and waste your energy, this is the perfect spot.
The staff completely fail to understand anything you say. No matter how clearly you explain, it makes absolutely no difference.
Communication is nonexistent and nothing gets resolved.
That said, if your only goal is to pass time with zero productivity, then this place is surprisingly excellent at that.

I am so happy that I stopped in to get my daughter a new phone! We were taken care of by Anika who informed us of many perks to which we were entitled and spent a great deal of time walking us through our new devices and ways we could get the most out of our account. On other occasions, I have been here and spoken with her partner Pritty, who is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I will never use any service but Verizon and I will never patronize any other store but this one!!

If there was 100⭐️ review I’d give that to Anika the store manager. I went to upgrade my son’s phone but god is great that he had me stop by to this store in metropolitan ave instead of Austin St, she just not only told me my son was eligible for an upgrade but also the phone I was still paying off for my daughter is also eligible and the remaining balance on Verizon. I had not only upgraded my son’s but my entire family! She’s so well behaved, soft spoken and accurate with so much patience to make me and my husband understand with hand written breakdown for upcoming bill makes it easier to understand for us elderly people.
I will always come back to this store as long as Anika is working Verizon! Hats off for having such great service and great skilled sales person, because what I know sales people always would sell anything to rip you off but in my case I was super lucky. Thank you Anika ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I can give a negative 0 I would specifically for Anika. I have never in my life received Customer Service like that. I was basically told I was going to get three lines and the fourth one free $55 a month $200 at most with a breakdown mind you HER breakdown on a piece of paper please check the cameras. There was only two phones in stock the other two were ordered. Before the other two even showed up the bill showed up first in mail and mind you want the phone is supposed to be free. The bill alone just for two phones was close to $400. I could only imagine how much it would’ve been when the other two phones came. She’s a liar and that’s not how you gain customers you lose customers that way in the long run. I was able to speak with somebody at corporate personally and they read and broke down the entire bill and everything she did. He was embarrassed that people like her represent Verizon. Please know I returned everything and want no part of anything that she sold me. If you decide to go to this store after reading this message I cannot stop you. Please read everything that you’re signing go over everything ask for receipts. She did not even give us a receipt I didn’t even know what I bought. Everything was my system is down. My system is down. My system is down.
