I went in on a busy Saturday afternoon for a billing issue regarding a purchased that was cancelled in store but was still charged as if it was picked up on my account. Victoria did not hesitate to investigate the issue and even took it to upper management when it was out of her hands. She insured that the issue would be taken cared of after I left out the store that day and in fact it did. We communicated via text message and she responded quickly and handle the issue like she said she would. Her assistant was the best and very much needed around this time ( the holidays ). She was a blessing ! Thank you so much Victoria for your service I really appreciate the fact you kept your word and did what you said you will do.

I remember a few years back being a customer at boost mobile, a different gentleman stayed after closing to help me with my service. Customers are first no matter what.
