- JRjoy r.2 days ago5.0I can't say enough about the Assistant Store Manager, Victoria Turner. Most stores would tell me to call customer service. She did not. Victoria went above and beyond to help me and I can't thank her enough. She spent almost 10 hours (over a few days) to help me resolve a major issue I had. In the end, we worked with customer service and everything was resolved. I also want to mention that she has a great staff in that store along with her boss, Andrew Persaud, General Manager. Thank you, again.

This is the result, and zero accountability. Don’t trust this place they are either incompetent or worse, I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

Rather, they sent me to another store at 98-06 Metropolitan Ave. When I got there after 30 minutes, the girl at the store didn't want to talk to me but kept saying she couldn't help and I had to call 1800Verizon.
