    This location is extremely unprofessional. I came to return a modem at 10AM, when the location opens, and the gate was still down. I returned during my lunch break at 1PM and no one was at the location. I rang the doorbell for 25 minutes and called twice, with no response. Just as I was pulling out of the driveway, I saw an associate enter and when I came in, he said I would have to wait. I left and will be going to another location. Lunch breaks should be posted so that people do not waste their time coming in. Unacceptable.

    My partner and I visited this Verizon store to upgrade his phone and get a new one for me. We were very clear with the store representative, Saad, that we only needed the phones and specifically asked how this would affect our monthly bill. He quoted us a price and assured us there would be no additional charges. However, when we received our bill, it was over $700, and we discovered that Saad had added multiple services and perks that we never asked for or agreed to. During our visit, he also tried to upsell us on overpriced accessories and unnecessary add-ons, which we declined. This experience has been extremely upsetting. We’ve spent the entire day trying to resolve this with Verizon, and it’s caused a great deal of stress. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel misled, and we expected more transparency and integrity from a Verizon representative.
