I did so and i gpt a msg confiming payment but on the app it said rwquest not processed. So i asked the store rep to confirm and showed him the conflicting confirmations from verizon that I had received. He said "check the app". That's illogical. My problem arose from the app providing conflicting reaponses. Kevin at the store was rude and condescending and talked down as if i'm an illiterate child and snapped to his colleague Michael "she doesnt know how to check the plan on the app". First the app gave conflicting accounts of whether the plan upgrade went through which I showed to Kevin. His colleague asked him to log onto the portal to check on their dashboard what plan was showing for my account. He logged on to his employee device to the service portal that the emloyees use to help customers and didn't know how to help because he said, and I quote, "I don't know how to check the plan". The person who was rude to the customer and snapped claiming the customer (me) didnt know how to check plan details on the app did not himself know. He defended himself saying he knows how to check on the customer app but not on his Verizon device that is provided to him to help customers on. So he knows how to be a customer but doesnt know how to be an employee. Rude, inefficient, doesnt know his job and derides the customer for asking a legitimate question. I have to wonder what nefarious reasons there are for this thing to be emplpoyed at this Verizon store at Flushing. And if at this point there are doubts about the basic function a person serves at a job, we all know what that means
