    My husband and I recently switched to Verizon, and had a very positive experience with the process. We are new to Fishkill, NY and our cell phones were due to be updated. We made an online appointment with Verizon on Merritt Blvd in Fishkill, NY. We were greeted and checked-in upon arrival. The store was clean and modern. Our salesperson was Adis. He was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. It took us two visits to finalize our decision, but we never felt pressured to do so. Adis answered all of our questions, and we were never rushed. We had been long-time AT&T customers, but had such a disappointing experience with Poughkeepsie AT&T when we inquired about our phone upgrades, that we decided to try Verizon, and we are happy that we did! Even after purchasing our phones and phone service, we had questions, and Adis was reachable through text and phone. Ask for Adis when scheduling your appointment, you’ll receive great service!

    Jeff is amazing! He was not only professional but personable. He spent hours with me getting my compromised phone back in working order. It was a very stressful situation for me but he handled it perfectly and I am so appreciative!!

    Go anywhere else do not waste time coming here stuff could care less about who’s in line to be seen they’d rather chat with themselves. I was second in line and watch who was before me leave and I stood there 20mins watching them do everything else but come help me. Terrible service !
