We were absolutely horrified when we upgraded Verizon phones to 5g because we hardly ever were on 5g. Tons of drops, no can hear me. The minute we switched the Verizon Phones started working at 5g on AT&T. Bye bye Verizon!!!!! Why don't you actually get a 5g network before selling it.

We were met at this location by Nolan who walked us through the entire process. He was polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in solving our problem. I have been a Verizon customer for 21 years, and have been to many Verizon stores. This is by far the best Verizon customer service I’ve ever experienced. My wife and I both being retired teachers, gave Nolan an A+👍🏻
