They are extremely pushy and will try to sell you on insurance and make it seem like you’re crazy for not taking it when AppleCare exists. Then you’re locked into only doing repairs with them and I can only imagine how much of a hard time they would give you with that too. I had an associate who wasn’t even helping me try and sell me insurance, I tried to return the Apple Watch they upsold me on and they gave me every excuse to not return it talking about “There’s only 15 days to return”, and that the unused watch “box is already open” so they can’t return it and I know it’s 30 days. The Who I believe is the manager also hung up the phone on me when I was trying to ask to exchange my phone for another color. I’m dealing with corporate now if they ever try to deny you an exchange or return of a phone just go through them instead. Add-on: They responded to this review with a bunch of text like they cared and then didn’t even respond to my email don’t even waste your time go to a corporate store.
