My cat has been a patient here for a decade but will be being seen elsewhere from now on. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place over the years, and was literally there in June during which I spent hundreds of dollars for my cat to have an exam and blood work, so I was a little shocked when I called today and asked for a prescription for dewormer for the cat and was told he would need to be seen. I was able to get a prescription online for very inexpensive. VCA's prices are astronomical and this was enough for me be done.

I unfortunately had to put my sweet girl to sleep, but thankfully I was able to find such a compassionate and respectful team to help me with that process. The entire staff team was very kind and helpful. Although the process was emotionally tough, the staff explained everything and very understanding. The courtesy cart was so nice as well, from different brands and treats for both cats and dogs. The prices from a private cremation wasn’t terribly priced either. Thank you to the staff here for the sympathy card, it truly means a lot. Thank you for showing Geo love and compassion during her final moments.

I trusted this animal hospital with the care of my cat. Everytime I brought my cat for the same issue he saw a different veterinarian and they ALL contradicted each other. The second time I brought him they mentioned x-rays which I was all for until I heard the quoted price. $700- $1,000 for an X-ray of a paw. She said because he would have to be sedated which also required a blood panel. I traveled to a different veterinarian and they were perfectly fine and able to get a clear X-ray of his paw while he was awake for $90. Please tell me why an X-ray at VCA costs 7-10 times more? The last time I brought my cat there, the third vet he saw told me he could have lung cancer!? With no solid reasoning to even say so. I think some better training and compassion could go a long way. I was sick to my stomach to say the least. He does NOT have cancer by the way and I’m so GLAD I got a second opinion FAR AWAY from this place. I suggest not bringing your animals here as they care more about how much money they can get out of you than they do helping your pet. I learned my lesson.

I was able to make a last minute wellness appointment for my kitten to get vaccinated. The staff made the starting process super easy, were very quick to answer any questions I had. I was surprised on how fast I could get in.
