I signed up through chat and was never told about a free phone for new customers. also, customer service via chat lied and said I would get an email that would help me download my esim, but never did. When I contacted chat again I was told to navigate to their app to download. They knew what phone I had and an esim was not an option for my cell phone to download. I only knew about the free phone because I had to go to the store to pick up a physical sim, I was told to call customer service to get a free phone to rectify the issue. I was transferred multiple times and had to explain the situation each time. Then a manager helped and offered a free Samsung S24. I thought it ended there. I haven't received an email with the order so I checked with chat and surprise no order was placed. So I was misinformed and lied to. Not a business I or anyone else should give their hard earned money too. I can't wait until I can cancel my services with Verizon.
