I can’t say enough good things about both men. The appointment took a few hours from start to finish, and they were patient, helpful, knowledgeable and personable the entire time. They seemlessly transferred all of our data from the old phones to the new ones and answered many questions along the way about the newer model phones and their capabilities. We were so impressed with the amazing customer service we received and can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much for all of your help, Sokat and Michael- we will definitely be back in the future!

He was calm, professional and reassuring as he went about restoring my phone. The service was really wonderful. He solved this issue in about 15 minutes. I would send anyone to Verizon and tell them to ask for Nathan.

Signed up for my first time w Verizon at this location, he promised me new customer credits, NFL Sunday ticket that you could watch “all the games on” and a $200 amazon gift card and didn’t deliver on any. I’ve had to get on the phone with Verizon several times to have them help me since this is “Cellular Sales” not directly Verizon. It’s really frustrating and I’ve honestly had way more trouble with this company than my previous one.
