I came in asking for help calling Asurion about a defective replacement (screen malfunction) and he told me to call them myself (can't, no phone screen). He then spent 15 minutes on the phone with Verizon customer service, didn't explain my issue correctly, making it seem like I had broken it instead of having received a defective replacement phone. He then ended the call and said we can put in a new claim but if I don't word it correctly, I could be additionally charged. When I asked him for the number so I can call myself he just read off the number without looking at me (with me literally waving my arms to get his attention) and then gave me attitude when I asked if he had paper that I could write the number down. During the entire 30 min experience he mentioned he was going to be sick 3 times and was hawking back snot rockets continuously. If you're that sick or hungover, don't come into work! Don't make it everyone else's problem that is already coming in frustrated.

My phone bill was more than $640 first two months and the following months was too high for 4 lines. When I contacted customer service to talk supervisors but none of them reach me. Finally I moved to Tmobile and got rid of them . Be careful everyone.
