    Verizon sent me to this store to pick up a new phone that is 30 miles from my house. The store hours for Sunday were posted 11am to 5pm. When I got there at 11:30 they were closed and nobody answered the phone. Waited until 12:15pm and canceled my order on the way home. They wasted my time, very unprofessional. How hard is it to post the correct store hours?

    Curley,the Manager at Chester Verizon is so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We are seniors, not at all versed in technology but were treated so well by Curley, and staff members Jonathan and Ava. We have a 2 hour trip to Chester and it's worth every minute to be treated so well by these friendly experts.

    I recently stopped in to get assistance in setting up a Certified Pre-Owned phone I purchased on line from Verizon. I was greeted immediately by John. He started working on transferring my information, and spent quite a bit of time on it. Didn’t give me any grief for not getting a phone from his store. Even gave me a lightly used case to try. I was worried about the fee all the while he was working. John completed the transfer successfully and I asked what I owed him… “How about a handshake”. I greatly appreciated that. They just got a new customer and I have already told family and friends. Stop in and see these guys. Easy to park right in front. Next to Burger King and the carwash in Chester. Thanks Again!
