He was patient and truly went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress free. I really appreciate how he worked with me every step of the way. Highly recommend seeing Jaime at Verizon in Center Moriches! Small store, big help! In the past, he also helped me with my father’s phone when we were having a very difficult time accessing the Apple ID, as it had been connected to my mother’s account who had passed away and we no longer had access to the information. Jaime handled the situation with compassion and professionalism, and made an emotional and complicated process so much easier for us. He is truly exceptional!

I've purchased 4 separate phones and most recently I had a very bad interaction with an associate here who's name was Jaime (pictured below). My whole family was here and we were replacing my wife's phone, which I had just done a month or so earlier with the same exact phone. I made a simple correction and this associate became hostile, aggressive and raised his voice towards me in an extremely unprofessional manner. He was rude, condescending, and showed a disdainful attitude when I would ask basic questions. They also fail to explain to you that, not only do you get charged an activation fee of $40 by Verizon which is added to your billing account, this store also charges you $50 for them to activate your phone, which shows up as "Ready?Go! Package" on the receipt. It is never once explained or discussed before hand-- they just charge you. Jaime also never provided us with a receipt for the transaction, I had to go back in a second time and request it. Overall I would avoid this place, as their employees are either outright rude and hostile or fail to explain what they charge you for, why, and when questioned seem to try to avoid answering. Its shady business practices and unprofessional, hostile employees like these that give a bad name to employers.
