Highly recommend seeing Jaime at Verizon in Center Moriches! Small store, big help! In the past, he also helped me with my father’s phone when we were having a very difficult time accessing the Apple ID, as it had been connected to my mother’s account who had passed away and we no longer had access to the information. Jaime handled the situation with compassion and professionalism, and made an emotional and complicated process so much easier for us. He is truly exceptional!
