  This was our first time visiting this store (1/5/2026), as it was one of the few locations that opened early at 9 A.M. We went specifically to inquire about our monthly bill since our contract ends this month. As customers, we simply wanted clarification about whether our bill would change after the contract expired. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The representative we spoke with did not seem interested in helping us. Instead of checking our account on his computer or iPad. From the moment the conversation started, his body language made it clear that he wasn’t engaged or willing to assist. We came into the store because we wanted to speak with someone who could walk us through our questions in person—not to be redirected back to the app without explaining it properly. We waited for the store to open and ultimately left without answers, which felt like a waste of time. This was honestly the first time we’ve had a negative interaction with a Verizon employee. I hope the store takes this feedback constructively, because customer service matters, especially for simple inquiries from long-time customers.

  One star is damned to high a rating for this outlet. I called their customer service and gave them all my information and the issues that need to be fixed. I arranged the time of my visit. When I got to the store, I was quickly discharged unceremoniously. I wasn't allowed to table my issue. I tried protesting that I booked on the phone. The lady quickly informed me that they don't deal with their own customer service. That I should go on their web before I will be attended to. Their web listed the phone number I called earlier. I was humiliated and quietly walked away. She was not busy. She was just chatting with a friend or coworker. The following day, I went to Verizon 150 - 29 Cross Bay Blvd. There, I was treated like a King and the issue was resolved in a blink of an eye. I can understand why their rating is 4.9

  Don’t even bother choosing this place for a pick up phone . Like all the comments below have said it’s never in stock ! They won’t even update you .

  Keven M. was so helpful and patient with my father & I today when we came to inquire about opening a new line. He took his time and explained everything to us. Even when we had a little hiccup during the application process, he was a great support through it all. We ended up buying a new phone with him, and he also was kind enough to set it up for us. I appreciate his time and how he was willing to go the extra mile to assist us in any way. The rest of the staff, including Isaac and the manager were delightful. I would definitely recommend this store, and the wonderful services they provide. Thank you again, guys!

  I went to pick up a phone I ordered that the system states it was in stock. I waited two hours before showing up. It was a slow business day since I saw staff just sitting down. When I asked for a pick up, they weren’t aware and when I gave my name. The staff said that why you didn’t get the alert it wasn’t ready for pick up. The item is not in stock, when I asked when will it be. She said she doesn’t know. that I need to call customer service to cancel the order. I’m certain anyone could have looked at the computer and see when the next shipment would be. Didn’t try to help or give another suggestion, I think it was more of an issue that I showed up instead of waiting for an alert I was never going to get.
