After going to 3 other stores that were not able to help me upgrade my phone in person coming here was a breath of fresh air the staff are eager to help answer any and all tech related questions. I worked with a man named Dennis who really knew what he was talking about and helped me right away with all of my needs. I walked out the same day with a new upgraded phone and was able to get all my info transferred over smoothly I can’t recommend enough!

Then I actually bought a new phone from them because my phone was old. I had some trouble opening a few apps on the new phone ‘cause I couldn’t remember my password (no surprise there) so I went back and they had me up and running in no time. Really, I hesitated getting a new phone but I won’t hesitate now because I now know who will help me.
