He was so patient assisting me for over an hour with my family plan and billing issues. Saved $100 on my monthly bill and got a new 15 Pro Max with my trade in. He also hooked me up with a complementary phone case. I am definitely coming back here for all my future issues. Totally worth my 45 min commute from the city.
