    I came in a tad apprehensive because of the negative reviews this place receives.. I was greeted by a friendly and super knowledgeable employee named Roberto who made my trade-in a breeze. Hooked me up with some good info too. Seamless experience.

    I have been a Verizon wireless customer for 23 years and used to frequent the Bay Terrace, Verizon store for the majority of those years. In years past, I happened to see a decline in the store specifically in terms of their sales people.They were not patient, always appeared to be in bad moods and in general gave off the vibes of the customer being a bother. Well, today, my outlook on the Bay Terrace, Verizon store changed solely on the fact of the wonderful and fabulous sales person that assisted my sister and I,Brian!!!! Brian was beyond fantastic in every possible way. He was kind, patient, cheerful and upbeat, and couldn’t do enough to answer our questions and assist us. Brian so much impressed me that I plan to personally call the corporate headquarters and inform them that they are blessed to have Brian on their team. In my estimation, Brian can run 10 Verizon stores with his eyes closed. I see regional manager in his future and I certainly hope that corporate feels the same. Standing ovation for Brian! 👏👏👏

    Went to this location Thursday, September 4, 2025. My sister and I were looking to purchase a new IPhone for our 97-year-old Mom. We had the pleasure of being assisted by a wonderful employee, Brian. What a gem! Brian has the patience of a saint and a great personality to boot! Brian took his time explaining and assisting us with our choice. We were very lucky to be assisted by Brian. Brian made our purchase experience a breeze at Verizon Bay Terrace. We highly recommend 👌 👍 him and this location!!!

    I went to this store @the end of June 2025 , I told the representative Jonathan bald black guy maybe 36 years old that I didn’t want him to change anything on my account not my plans nothing well this sales representative changed everything on my account where I had to call into Verizon and get credits and discounts because of the things that he did to my account, but I have noticed that this store every time I go in every few years they got different representatives and then you never see them again. I understand they wanna make commission on new phones, but when the customer tells you not to do anything to their account and your face-to-face with them, you shouldn’t do anything because at the end of the day I got what I wanted I called in and I complained about him and if this happens to me again, guess what I will call in and complain again, and I have been a customer for way too long to be sitting there and lying about people. He knew exactly what he did to my account. You just don’t treat customers like that when the customer tells you leave everything the way it is on my account trust and believe I looked behind him a couple of days later and he had changed everything on my account. That’s really unprofessional uncalled for

    Not a good experience !!! Very bad customer service. I took 4 phones with Verizon line and we didn't get the promotions that Which they promised to do. I just moved from the another carrier . And our experience too bad . One of the employee he was so rude when we asked for help . And they threaten me to call police . And they bullied me and my wife. Specially one of employees who laughed loudly When the manager asked us to leave the store. There were lots of people in the store and we felt so insulted !!! And one of the employe who has bald headed , he bullied us . I will never go to that store.
