I’ve called customer service numbers and been transferred to multiple departments , calls disconnected, no return calls and ALL of them just want to gain access to your account to make changes. They ignore any questions you have. I’ve tried calling texting visiting in store it’s all the same. I’ve had business with this company for years, multiple phones / numbers that I currently pay for. I would never recommend this company to anyone strictly bc of the terrible customer service they all act like Bots!!!

While I was waiting I watched one of the employees (possibly a manager) interacting with an elderly couple who were both hard of hearing take up all of her time asking questions and sharing thoughts about a flip phone that would have challenged most people’s patience. I will add that it was a full store and a lot of folks were waiting-including myself. She gave them every ounce of kindness and respect that she had, and then some! They left the store so grateful and thankfully she took me next! My situation provided even more of a challenge as there ended up being a defect in the phone that I was I was trying to transfer to. She stayed with me for about an hour treating me as generously as she did that elderly couple! She went above and beyond in the sweetest manner and it took 2 days but in the end I left with a new phone that worked! Her name was Diane and I would tell anyone who listens that her customer service was beyond 5 stars!!!

We were also told we would get our activation fee waived. I get the bill and it is also there. If you visit the store, don’t be surprised when your bill looks completely different than the paperwork you left with.
