When they stated they didn’t have the device I asked for them to help me. With quite an attitude I was told they couldn’t because they were just “sales people” and since it was ordered online I had to contact customer service. For being a corporate Verizon store they were absolutely useless. The entire interaction has made me rethink being a Verizon customer. If I could give this location zero stars I would.

Looked at what I “owed” on my phone and it’s somehow still like $800. I’ll be filing a complaint with the state because there’s no way that’s legal. Do not trust these people.

I'm a fios customer, but gift cards get handled by the cellphone side(per the salesman I spoke to on the phone) so yeah... They don't know how to do their own jobs. I don't suggest going to this location unless you want a headache. Ps I tried calling the store to speak with someone instead of driving over but if you call the store during business hours it goes to the Verizon phone que so you can't even ask a simple question at the store level. You have to physically go to get your answer.
