    I went to this store to drop off my Verizon Fios Modum. I was told that this store doesn’t handle Fios products, and I’d have to go halfway across Queens or to a random location in the Bronx to drop off this modum. All the while, they were actively advertising Fios in their window posters…how stupid!

    I walked in to see about getting new services and the place was a little busy. As I waited i witnessed an employee walk out and say to another customer what are you doing here. When she replied she was getting her daughters phone he was not polite at all. This is not good customer service. It was not the kind of vibe you want to see or experience.i hope he is not like this with everyone. His name i learned was Steven. Steven and I hope your not that cold with all the customers.
