- MMMichelleDec 20, 20251.0Verizons customer service has plummeted down hill along with their cellular service. Both are terrible. They also have the most expensive plans out of all the phone companies... Oh and now as of today Samsung messages are gone and you have to use Google messages so now your text messages will have a giant Google banner and you won't be able to see half of your screen. Its insanely obnoxious. And its weird that Google needs our messages or to atleast run them.

He said they would remove the 100 plus dollars she owed. I said the only way I would do that is if my wife’s phone would not be turned off and I would do it when got home 5 hours later. Neither happened as my wife’s phone was turned off so she couldn’t use it and Verizon charged me to have her get a new phone. My new bill was over 100 more thanks to this store. I will never go back there again !!!! N

The person who sold to me was zero percent helpful. Never again to this location.
- KWKristen WilkinsDec 1, 20251.0I went to this store to upgrade my phone unfortunately and most importantly for those of you reading this, this Store is NOT A CORPORATE BASED STORE! With that being I waited 2 hours for service then upon another hour of upgrading my phone said they could not transfer my data to my new phone and sent me to Mac Solutions on which may I add were awesome but took another hour! Upon returning to the store I was not able to get my promotion due to the person who initially help was not working. They said he would call me to complete the transaction for my credit , never received a call upon calling them back asking to speak to him, they were rude and again said there is nothing they can do for me until this guy comes into work. I went to a corporate store and because this is not a corporate store it wasn’t even in the system ! So I again have to wait for a call or go again to the store hoping to get the person who originally helped me. This is complete nightmare! I would highly recommend that you make sure you go to a corporate affiliated store only!!!
