I don't ask for much as a costumer, if you say no then I'll say okay but I've never heard TYLER say no, he went above and beyond! I can say I've never really seen anyone going above and beyond until now. Tyler is awesome, all the staff that a I encountered were awesome. Verizon might not help you but the people in this store definitely will.
