She felt shamed for holding onto an older phone before intending to upgrade and they ignored the fact that we had large discount deals on our Verizon account, denied the offers existed and tried to give us only the generic discounts instead of the personalized ones we had received messages from Verizon about. We went to the nearby store on Central Ave and they took care of us and let us use that offer. It may have been one disconnected employee, but it means we won't be coming back here again.
