Nick walked through the bill with me, helped me navigate the customer service line and got the whole thing sorted. He was very patient, incredibly knowledgeable and really worked to get things straightened out on my account, including the credit I was promised upon sign up. Much appreciated- Nick.

We met with the manager there and he offered us an ongoing deal that was a 4 person phone plan KNOWING we were only buying 2 phones. We were told it would be $45 a month, we paid both phones off from the start. The next month we got our bill at nearly $200. We reached out for assistance and we got told they fixed the issue and manually applied the discount. Next month we got $220 bill. We went instore to speak to the manager and he was moved to another location. We spoke to verizon online and they told us they fixed the issue. Next month our bill was $200 again.. Every time we reached out we would get told they fixed the issue permanently but the next month we would get a $200 bill. We finally decided to cancel and then they told us we would have to pay $800 on top to cancel. We agreed and then a week later we were told our bill is $1200. Take what you will for this experience. They lie and trap you into false phone plans and the. charge you thousands to cancel. Don’t waste your time here.
