- GLGiada LeighNov 30, 20255.0I spent six hours in the Verizon store at Crossgates Mall. The managers, Mike and Payton were outstanding. They helped my father and I update, Transfer, and set up our new phones. Amanda also took time to help us while she was dealing with other customers. I never felt rushed or taken advantage of. She took extra time to go over our plan as well as save us as much money as we can. This is my new store I will be going to. I can’t recommend the store enough. 5/5 experience!!!!!!
- NKNada kNov 22, 20251.0I don’t usually write bad reviews but if there was a 0 i would’ve put it instead of one star, I’ve been there 3 times and every time the staff weren’t helpful at all and i never got the service i needed normally I wouldn’t care and I would just go to another branch, but today we went there to upgrade a phone and the staff were just straight up rude, ignored us and talked down to us and it was a specific staff member. They told us that an upgrade was not available and after that we went to another branch where they were very helpful and told us that everything that we were told at the crossgates mall store was not true. Never going there again, the store needs new helpful understanding staff.

I waited in the store for 20 minutes no help and two people who came in after me were also waiting finally they chose to walk over to us all to say we are no longer taking anyone for today. I was beyond talking so i just left word of advise if uou need help done go to these locations any more its a waste of time and energy
