  Walked in around 7:48 PM on January 8 was not greeted on my entry into the establishment after about 10 minutes was then asked what I needed by the guy who was more interested in his commission sale then acknowledging any future customers or sales with this location once I told him who did not have a name match that I was here to pick up an order. He proceeded to work with his commission sale, not giving any clear indication of how long it would take or if I should come back later so that he would be able to focus on his cell and help me at a later time if that is what his intentions were after an hour of waiting, he finally asked me what my order number was. The whole process took less than two minutes for him to look at my order, verify my pin and account information. Fetch the phone and give me if this is the level of customer service and communication. This particular location gives it staff. I highly advise anyone and Everyone 🙄 to shop somewhere else and not with this location. Also, I will mention that it is in their sales pitch to leave a good review for those who are signed up with new accounts.

  Decent service from Hosea, kind and friendly, but as every provider they added a bunch of unnecessary perks and charges worth more than $150 that we had explicitly said we didn’t need, but we need to pay now at-least in the first bill. They outright said the perks were free but we are being charged $20 more per line now. Additionally everything we needed they kept saying it can be done through the app but the app is literally so shitty you cant find anything in there. You have to end up chatting with the customer service agent for everything.

  I went to this Verizon store to get a galaxy watch8. I would’ve used the Fallon store however I would’ve had to order the watch and it was estimated at a week to be delivered to the store. I did not want to wait that long after paying so much for a watch. I went to the store, even though it was fairly busy. It was only about four minutes before I received help from an employee. The employee helping us was very nice, talkative and pleasant. She explained everything we needed. She helped us extremely fast and we were out the door with the watch I wanted The store was clean. Most of the employees seemed very professional, except the male employee trying to get a date with the lady next to me that he was supposed to be helping.
