Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.

We had an excellent experience buying new phones with the help of Andrew.
He is the reason for five stars.
I just returned the old phones and was “helped” by a person called Chris. Once he was done, he said you’re good to go. I asked for a receipt. He said it was emailed. I said I couldn’t leave without the email because each phone was worth $1100 trade in. He didn’t offer to show me anything on his end. Maybe he just doesn’t know how, but he was extremely unhelpful. The email appears, but only shows one phone. I tell this to Chris and ask if it’s one email per phone. Just as he’s telling me it’s all on one email, a second email appears; I tell Chris this, thinking he might actually give a darn for future customers, and he just turns and walks away. Incredibly rude.
I wasn’t rude, I WAS direct, because leaving two trade-ins worth $2200 is obviously something I’d want a receipt for.
Give Andrew a raise- get rid of Chris, he will cost you customers.

Visited the store to purchase a tablet and activate a spare phone previously purchased through Amazon. The process was quick and efficient, and I was in and out within minutes. The associates were helpful, professional, and friendly. I left with both a fully functioning phone and tablet. I will continue using this location for future purchases and services. This company needs a full FCC and Federal Audit!!!! Years of Price Gouging and inconsistent Policies. With Zero Accountability!!! I’m so disgusted that I thought I could trust them again. I’m a disabled senior on a budget. I signed up during covid and was quoted a price monthly at 91.00$ that turned into 128.00$ and I had to constantly call billing and Customer Service is the WORST!!! Around and around for hours of your time. The phone they gave me was supposed to be a New I-phone 14 and turned out being a refurbished phone that thinks I am in Sacramento when I am in Reno Nv. They sent out flyers with a much lower price, so I called and they gave me a 20.00$ discount. There was no mention of it being a one time offer. I inquired and was assured it was for a year. The next month they added it back on. At 6:00 pm every night my service goes down for a minimum of 30 minutes. sometimes much longer, interrupting my times. The customer service person I talked to this time couldn’t get out a reason for any of it!!!! They are turning into a Fly by night company with no Accountability or Visibility to their customers.
So Now I have to start over with a new company , But with half the bill and answer’s to my billing questions and visibility when billed. I will get a new phone with less issues. This phone has never worked properly and the battery is going after only a year. Don’t trust this company!!!!!

Needed help setting up my phone and was treated REALLY POORLY I was told it would cost me thirty bucks (in the representatives words)in a really rude way or I could just go to the App Store.There were four representatives sitting at the counter and when I asked for the name of the RUDE REPRESENTATIVE I was told that it was none of my business. I Would recommend NOT USING this location I went to the Smith Ridge location and was REALLY happy with all the help I was given.
