    Horrible customer service the minute that I went in there the guy was giving me so much attitude when I was asking him a few questions. All he was saying is if the phone is too old then we can’t help you, But I kept telling him that I bought the phone in that location and it should be working because it hasn’t been that long that I disconnected it and he kept saying I don’t know. Let me see your phone and they kept giving me attitude after attitude and I just couldn’t take it no more I just needed to walk out before I got you even more angry terrible customer service I tried to be nice and cool as long as I could, but I couldn’t take it anymore. I just had to leave. All I have to say is this place has terrible customer service you asked for help they give you so much attitude and they make it seem like it’s a burden to help a person. Terrible customer service I’ll give you that.

    My mom and I came in today with quite a few requests and michelle was very helpful. We had issues from another store and she explained clearly what the issue was and the solutions. She even spent a good 30 minutes on the phone with customer service to help us take advantage of all the available promotions. She was attentive and was able to help us with everything we needed. thank you michelle!

    Honestly a very odd interaction. I'd love to be able to use the person's name that collects a check from Verizon but he never introduced himself. The Hispanic gentleman spent our time being annoyed that he was selling a new phone, didn't want to listen to anything regarding our current bill, then tried to convince my wife to sell him a phone for $50 that we were trying to exchange. Between the prices and customer service they make it pretty easy to leave Verizon, so if you're thinking about switching services, go in to meet these folks and let them solidify that choice for you.

    I recently shopped at the Los Altos Way Verizon store in Sparks NV. I was skeptical about the level of service I would receive based on the difficulty I had making an appointment as well as other reviews. I am happy to say the service I received from Auggie was excellent. He was friendly, professional and patient. Thank you~!

    I have visited this store 3 times in the past 2 months. Each time I received prompt and friendly service. Been a Verizon customer for 18 years and will stay a Verizon customer for many more years to come. Service like this in-store and over the phone is why I left AT&T and T-Mobile. Highly recommended...Thumbs up!
