the man that attended me was very extremely rude, and disrespectful. i had intentions to spend money there but will never be back to that location. I came in asking for an upgrade to my phone ( he said he was confused by what i meant by an upgrade!) i said i had a trade in and was coming in for the promotional offer as well for a free phone ( he said Im confused again, nothings free here!) i said i had permission to make changes ( he said no i didnt , after supposedly looking it up, then he corrected my terminology and said i was confused- you mean Acct manager????) ok! wow. he couldnt have tried harder to be rude! i called Verizon, i was able to do everything online and by phone! spent only $60 for upgrade, got wuick professional service and a great price for my trade in. yes u can do that online snd by phone too!

This Is not a true Verizon store. It is A wireless toy store and it doesn't say Verizon outside at all. Plus they were going to charge me $25 to remove a virus. I would recommend not going to this store. Go to a solely Verizon store.

Be careful. Verizon is full of incompetent young employees who are likely supported by managers against customers, which is why they’ve become so bold. They make changes to your account without your approval once you give them access. After my visit there, the very next day they activated a $10 storage plan on my account. Even though I canceled it immediately, they still charged me for both the plan and the cancellation despite my calls. Another time, I returned a mobile phone in exchange for a few months’ discount, and later I discovered by coincidence, that I had been charged $200 for “new items” and “initial fees,” and I ended up losing my phone entirely. T-Mobile, on the other hand, hasn’t overcharged me a single extra cent in 10 years and if they ever did, they refunded double the next day. I even received a $300 credit for loyalty as a T-Mobile customer. With Verizon, loyalty means nothing. And the important thing is that their managers or customer service actually support the employees’ mistakes against the customer. Very disappointing, Verizon.

Excellent customer service. Friendly. I was able to get a new phone to replace a broken phone and transfer service. Due to security reasons, I had to go to corporate to activate my line (I was transferring lines to am existing phone). I highly recommend the location on Lake Mead.
