- EHEric Hagfeldt2 days ago1.0If you like to pay extra for Verizon services, this is the place for you. This place is NOT Verizon. It is a 3rd party company. They did not disclose this at all during my visit. I was led to believe that my phone was fully activated and that I would have about an $80 bill after taxes. To my surprise Verizon is charging me a one time $40 activation fee on my first bill. This company, Victra, charged me a $40 setup fee. When you read the fine print on the receipt is when they disclose they are a separate company with separate fees. Look at the photos for their location. It only says Verizon. I should not have to investigate to find out they are not actually Verizon. Additionally when you search for Verizon, this place comes up listed as Verizon with only a small logo with the name Victra. The receipt also states their setup fee is non refundable. They KNOW they are being deceptive! Absolutely despicable and all to make $40.
- JJJamesNov 15, 20255.0First off, I wanted to say I had such a bad experience with online service with Verizon! I went into the store and met Kristen. She’s such an amazing employee. She went above and beyond her job to make sure that I walked out satisfied! The Verizon online service put me in a postal account instead of prepaid as I wanted charge me 100 dollars that should’ve been only like 40 dollars. It got resolved, and I no longer have a balance. Kristen got me the prepaid service that I asked for in the first place! If you need the best customer service, I recommend Kristen. She’s very, very knowledgeable, and I can’t say how happy I am to have met her. She truly helped me and put a smile on my face. Thank you again, Kristen, I recommend everybody to please go see her. You’ll leave with a smile on your faces like I did!! I will definitely tell everybody to go see her for anything to do with the new phone service the best customer service ever!
