Since that day my bill has been a MESS! They charged me for home internet that I never used, they added a line that did not want or need, and my bill has been over $400 for 2 lines and 2 iphones. This store was so unprofessional - did not listen to me whatsoever with what I needed. They pushed their promotions on me and I have been literally paying the price since then. My bill is currently $733 when it used to be $220. It’s been 6 months and im at my 3rd verizon store still trying to get this fixed. This store completely ruined Verizon for me after 8 years of using their services. Disappointing to say the least.

Ppl in here need things done at a timely manner others have things to do. I didn't even get what I needed and the customer didn't even buy the phone. The store was super clean, really relaxed, and wasn't over crowded. There were plenty of staff for the number of customers and we worked with Destin who was hands down the absolute best. Answered all the stupid (okay not stupid) questions we had and then some! Really made the experience pleasant and not something to dread.
