  Let me say that Andrea was wonderful with answering my questions on possibly switching over from my carrier. Even though she was assisting a rude lady that didn't hear that she clearly was helping someone else. I was patient and waited making the notes in my head about it. Sometimes we as people want things to our favor but give this girl a raise because she endured that with a smile on her face. I'll definitely be coming over to change.

  Dont come to this location, the woman at closing was extremelyunprofessional. I Came in around 550pm and the person who was there was extremely rude and impatient. I was the only customer in the store and before I could ask anything she said "You here to pay a bill?" In a snappy and bothered tone. She quickly ran behind the counter and again said "are you paying a bill?" I took a moment to respond, im also just getting off work trying to get some help before the store closes. I said "no, im here to get a new phone. By chance do you speak spanish?" She rolled her eyes at me and said "No, you should just come tomorrow." And proceeded to be on her phone ignoring me so I would leave. I can speak English perfectly, she looked to be of latino or Hispanic background so I didnt mean to offend her, I just wanted to have better communication. I left after I saw her locked into her phone and she was very rude and dismissive. I drove to another location on Craig and they were so kind and helpful, even at the last hour of the day. Management should speak with tonight's closer and see if they were ok, she should have handled the situation differently.
