My number was stuck in limbo between Verizon and my previous carrier, and I couldn’t even receive calls despite having service for two weeks. Reagan immediately understood the issue and got to work. He’s extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely friendly. His willingness to help completely turned around what had been a very frustrating experience. Don’t waste your time—go into the store and ask for Reagan. I’m already recommending him to friends and family.
