- ARashana ricallsDec 1, 20251.0I had a very horrible experience here more so with the guy Edgar and the Crystal manager person I got my phone transferred from a different company Friday November 28th and over the weekend the phone had no internet service everything was running behind a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very slow and it was just horrible the young lady I don't know her name I think it's Nat she was very nice. Also I wanted to mention when I transferred my phone number over to them the guy Edgar on Friday told me because the store was about to close and it takes about 45 minutes to do it that I can do it myself which I wasn't able to horrible customer service that guy does not even need to be working there. The manager Crystal wanted to charge me a $25 restocking fee for another phone knowing I didn't even have the new phone that I had from them not even 72 hours. I recorded the whole thing and I cannot upload it for some reason if I could I definitely would for you guys to understand how disrespectful and unprofessional and no customer service base both of them were I wouldn't recommend it to nobody I just got my new phone and if it does not work I will be transferred over to another company.
